Safe to Say

For the people who carry the duty, and those who advise them. One email a month, starting 1 October.

What changed on 1 July

On 1 July, New South Wales gave the psychosocial Code of Practice legal force. An inspector can now measure a workplace against it without waiting for anything to go wrong. Most business owners have never read it. The ones who have are not sure what it asks of them in practice.

Safe to Say closes that gap once a month. What actually changed, written so you can repeat it to your board without a glossary. What regulators did, not what commentators predicted. One situation from the field, one fact you did not know, and one hazard hiding somewhere that looks fine.
